What is move from denotation to connotation to effect?
Show answer
The core skill is reading meaning from media language. Denotation is what is literally shown (a red background, a close-up of a face). Connotation is what it suggests (red connoting danger or passion, a close-up connoting intimacy or pressure). Effect is what that does to the audience (drawing them in, unsettling them, flattering them).
What are make several precise points?
Show answer
